He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.
(1 Peter 2:24 ESV)
Many people know Jesus has died for their sins, but I think it's safe to say that most people, Christians included, do not know He has also healed you.
He has already died, rose from the dead, taken your sins, made you right with God, healed you, made you whole, and prospered you. You just need to believe it more than you believe your circumstances.
That means meditate on God's promises and goodness and all His Word day and night, and you will make your way prosperous and have good success (Joshua 1:8 not a literal translation).
